Beth Gallego....... About meMy background is in the private sector and in community organisations, where I have held a variety of positions including staff training, recruitment, graduate recruitment and development and team leadership. Since then I have delivered a wide range of employee assistance services in the public sector including career counselling, career, change and stress workshops, supervision and mentoring, critical incident response and regular on-site staff support. More recently I have developed my work in private practice providing career transition and development, mentoring and supervision services for individuals.

My qualifications include: Diploma in Career Counselling, Professional Member of the Career Development Association of New Zealand (PMCDANZ) www.cdanz.org.nz, Certificate of Social Studies, Certificate of Adult Teaching, Certificate in Supervision (Human Services).
